Travel Tips

Here are a few travel tips that we think you'll find useful!

Probably the most important tip for 'seeing' the tides is knowing that it takes 6 hours and 13 minutes for the tide to go from low to high (or vice versa). The best way to experience most effects of the tides is to visit the same location twice in one day: at high tide and low tide. For detailed information about the various tidal phenomena and suggested viewing locations, visit the Fundy FAQ page on this website.

Tide times for various locations around the bay are the Tide section of this website.

Otherwise, you'll find information under each of the tabs in this section about Airports, Ferries and Weather.
